It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Willie Tobin Magoury, Drangan, Thurles, Co. Tipperary and formerly Kildalton, Piltown, Co. Kilkenny February 27th 2025 peacefully in the loving care of the staff of South Tipperary General Hospital Clonmel surrounded by his loving family. Pre-deceased by his loving parents Ellen and William, brother Pat.

William will be fondly remembered by many.

William will be deeply missed by his loving wife Frances, son Alan his partner Emily, grandchildren Isabelle and Evan, brothers Jerry and Frank sisters Bridie and Geraldine sisters-in-law Barbara, Margaret, Mary, Finola, Noreen and Helen, brothers-in-law John, Jack and Ian nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and his wide circle of friends in The Suir Valley Vintage Club.

Reposing in Brett's Funeral Home, Mullinahone on Saturday March 1st from 5pm - 8pm. Requiem mass on Sunday March 2nd at 11am in the Church Of The Immaculate Conception, Drangan followed by burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

The family would like to express their sincere thanks to all those who cared for William throughout his illness.
