William (Willie) Togher

The death has occurred of William (Willie) Togher, Knockmoyleen, Ballycroy, Co. Mayo – peacefully, in his 95th year, at Mayo University Hospital.

Predeceased by his parents William and Mary by his brothers Pat, Marty, John and Michael and his sisters Katie, Molly, Bridgie, Ann, Maggie, Rose, and by his beloved granddaughter Sarah Murphy.

Willie will be sadly missed by his heartbroken wife Bridget sons Patrick and Liam and his daughters Christina, Margaret and Monica daughters-in-law Mary (Kennedy) and Margaret (Forkan) sons-in-law Frank McGuinness and Gerard Murphy, sister-in-law Ellen (Cambridge), grandchildren Kenneth, Niall, Karen, Anne-Marie, Shane, Aoife, Ann and Eleanor and great-grandchildren Sadie, Killian and Freddie, nieces and nephews, relations, neighbours and his wide circle of friends.

May his soul Rest in Peace.

Remains will repose at his home in Knockmoyleen, Ballycroy (F28C650) on Sunday from 2pm until 5.30pm with funeral arriving to the Church of the Holy Family Ballycroy at 7pm.

Funeral Mass on Monday at 12 noon with burial afterwards in the local cemetery.
