Willie Boland

Willie Boland, Derrykeele, Clareen, Birr, Co. Offaly died on 3rd April 2025 peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family.

Predeceased by his wife Theresa, parents Pat and Elizabeth, brother Patsy, sister Mary.

Willie will be sadly missed and forever loved by his 6 children, Patrick, Jim, Lisa(Higgins), Noreen (Flynn), Willie and Therese(Corboy), his sister Margaret, his sons-in- law, daughters-in-law, his 15 adored grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, neighbours and friends.

May his gentle soul rest in peace.

Family flowers only. Donations may be made in lieu to The Irish Motor Neurone Disease Association.

Reposing at his home (R42XY89) on Saturday (April 5th) from 4pm-8pm.

Requiem mass in St. Flannan’s Church Kinnitty on Sunday (April 6th) at 11.30am followed by burial in nearby Longford cemetery.

Funeral mass will be streamed approximately 1 hour after burial on Padraig Dooley Undertaking Facebook page.
