The death has occurred of Winfred (Winnie) Concannon, Cregboy, Claregalway, Co. Galway.

Peacefully in the wonderful care of the staff at Central Park Nursing Home, Clonberne on 6th March 2026.

 

Predeceased by her parents Patrick and Bridget, brothers John, Patrick, Michael and Thomas, sisters Mary and Bridie, nieces Mary and Catherine and nephew Padraig,

 

Sadly missed by her beloved nephew Joseph, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Síoraíocht (H91 XH02) in the grounds of the Church of the Assumption and St James, Claregalway on this (Sunday) evening from 5:30 p.m. with removal to the Church of the Assumption and St James, Claregalway at 7.00 p.m.

 

 

Monday, March 9th 2026

 

Funeral Mass on Monday in the Church of the Assumption and St James, Claregalway (H91 YH05) at 11:00 am, with Burial afterwards in Claregalway Cemetery.
