Winifred (Winnie) Bond

The Death has occurred of Winnie Bond, Effin, Kilmallock, Co. Limerick and formerly of Redditch, U.K, Peacefully at University Hospital Limerick on January 8th 2025.

 

Beloved wife to the recently departed John, sister to John Bennett, mother to Kevin, Derek, Steve and Debbie, grandmother to Vicki, Adam, Christopher, Katie and Nicola and great grandmother to Alvey, Ada and Elodie. Sadly missed by her family, son-in-law, daughters in law. Winnie will be forever loved and remembered by her family, neighbours and many friends.

 

May She Rest In Peace.

 

Reposing at O'Malley's Funeral Home, Charleville (P56T184), on Friday 17th January from 6pm to 7pm. Winnie's Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday at 2pm in Our Lady Queen Of Peace Church, Effin (Winnie's Funeral Mass will be live streamed and can be viewed BY CLICKING HERE) followed by a private cremation.

 

The family would very much like to thank the doctors, nurses and staff of University Hospital Limerick for their excellent care and kindness to Winnie in her final days and to the carers who took great care of Winnie at home.
