Winnie McGrath

The death has occurred of Winnie McGrath, Ballycarron, Curreeney, Thurles, Co. Tipperary, August 23rd 2024, (retired sacristan, Curreeney Church), peacefully, at Nenagh Hospital. Predeceased by her parents Michael and Catherine, her brothers and sisters Pat, Annie, Michael, Mary, Tommy, Kathleen, Joseph and Danny. She will be sadly missed by her brother Gerard, sisters Bridie, Rita, Joanie and Pauline, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, kind neighbours and friends.

Reposing on Sunday August 25th in the Church of the Little Flower, Curreeney (E41 DE43), from 5pm until 7.30pm. Requiem Mass on Monday at 11am, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery. Winnie's Mass can be viewed by clicking on website below from 10.50am.

Winnie's family appreciate the excellent care that she received from the wonderful staff of Nenagh Manor Nursing Home, the staff of University Hospital Limerick and Nenagh Hospital.
