The death has occurred of
Zakhele Basil BUTHELEZI
Peacefully at Naas General Hospital, Kildare, beloved husband of Gugulethu Cynthia Buthelezi and loving father of Thobie, Lungile, and Sib.
Very sadly missed by his wife, son and daughters, extended family, friends, and colleagues at the National Forensic Mental Health Service.
Rest in Peace
A service in his Memory, organised by his colleagues at the National Forensic Mental Health Service, will be held at the Riasc Centre Swords K67 PX85 this Wednesday 7th May at 1700.
Reposing at Fanagans Funeral Home, Willbrook, Rathfarnham (D14WO29) on Friday 9th May from 3 pm – 5 pm.
A celebration of Zakhele’s life will take place on Saturday, 10th May at 10 am in the Victorian Chapel at Mount Jerome, Harold's Cross, and may be viewed by following the link https://www.mountjerome.ie/victorian-chapel-service/
A Funeral service followed by his burial will take place at a later date in his hometown of Newcastle, South Africa.
