The family of the late Alan Halpin, Main Street, Dunleer and late of Barrackfield, Clogherhead who died on 30th September 2024, wish to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with them on their recent sad loss.

To all who called personally to our home, telephoned, sent Mass cards and floral tributes and posted condolence messages online, we are truly grateful.

Our heartfelt thanks to Jim Crosby and John Molloy, to all Alan’s friends in Dunleer and Clogherhead and to the staff at Centra and Wogan’s Hardware for their support. Special thanks to family, friends, work colleagues and neighbours who attended Alan’s wake, Requiem Mass and burial.

Sincere thanks to Fr. Damien Quigley and Fr. Clayton-Lea who celebrated Alan’s Funeral Mass, to Declan Dunne who provided the beautiful music and to Fintan Heslin for providing a memorial grave plaque.

Finally, our thanks to Dessie Connor, Funeral Director for his compassion and guidance and who went above and beyond for our family.

As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our deepest gratitude. The Holy sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.
