 Alf Dwyer

Mount Avenue, Dundalk, Louth / Cork City, Cork

Alf’s wife Elma, children Harry, John, Michael, Valerie, Geraldine and family, wish to express sincere gratitude for the many gestures of sympathy shown to us following Alf’s death.

To family and friends who visited our home, attended the funeral Mass and the graveside and to those who travelled long distances to be with us - we are very grateful.

Our thanks to those who sent Mass cards, condolence cards, letters and to those who generously donated to the Louth Specialist Palliative Care Service

Heartfelt thanks to Fr Paul Montague who celebrated the funeral Mass and for his kind words of support and comfort. To the musicians who enhanced the ceremony and to Fr Padraig Keenan who officiated at the graveside.

To Dr Paul O’Reilly you cared so very well for Alf and to Dr Maeve O’Reilly for her support and guidance. To Maura Fagan and the nurses of the Louth Palliative Care team for their help and kindness to Alf. To Professer O’Brannagain, nurses and staff of Louth County Hospital for the care and compassion they showed to Alf in his final days.

To Rosemary and Oisin of McGeoughs Funeral Directors for their personal and professional service. To you all please except this acknowledgment as a token of our sincere appreciation. Mass will be offered for your intentions.
