Pamela and Seun Agboola, parents of Alicia Agboola of Glenburren Park, Galway; who passed away on February 24th, along with her grandparents Isabel and Val Groarke and all her family would like to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with them on their devastating loss.

We offer our heartfelt thanks to the many friends, neighbours and well-wishers who visited our home, attended the wake, service and cremation and who provided emotional and practical support for us at this difficult time. For those who telephoned, travelled long distances, sent floral tributes, cards and messages of condolences, as well as those who made charitable donations to Croí, we are truly grateful.

A special word of thanks to the wonderful nurses and staff of the Cardiac ICU in Galway University Hospital who cared for Alicia for the 3 weeks she was with them. To the staff of Croi who offered support and a wonderful place for Alicia's family to stay during the difficult time while Alicia was in hospital. To Alicia's wonderful friends who provided help, love, stories and support to us. To Alicia's colleagues from the College of Mental Health Nursing for their wonderful words during her service and for their guard of honour. To St Brendan's College, Birr Co. Offaly for attending the service, their guard of honour and for offering their continuous support to Alicia's brother during this very difficult time.

A very special thank you goes to Conneely's Funeral Directors for the care, love and support they provided not only to Alicia but to the whole family during the time she was both in their care and during the funeral proceedings. To Kevin Blade and Ben Hughes for the wonderful funeral service.

To those who helped in any way, your contribution made our loss more bearable. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our deepest gratitude. 

The Month's Mind Mass for Alicia will be held on March 23rd at 6.30pm in Church of the Resurrection, Ballinfoyle. All are most welcome to join us in remembering and celebrating Alicia's short life.
