In loving memory of Ambrose Ferguson, Muchgrange, Greenore who died on 17th February 2026.

Ambrose’s wife Marion and family wish to express our sincere and heartfelt thanks to all our relatives, friends and neighbours who supported us during our recent bereavement. We are deeply grateful to everyone who attended the wake and Funeral Mass, and to those who joined us via webcam. We also thank all those who telephoned, travelled long distances, sent Mass cards, sympathy cards and messages of condolence, sent floral tributes, and to those who kindly made donations to the Irish Heart Foundation. We would also like to express our sincere appreciation to Dr Alina and staff at the Carlingford Medical Centre and Our Lady of Lourdes hospital, and all who cared for Ambrose with such kindness and dedication.

A special word of thanks to Fr Damien for his kindness and guidance throughout the funeral arrangements and for celebrating the Funeral Mass. We also sincerely thank Canon Malachy for concelebrating the Mass, and Father John for his prayers and support. We extend our thanks to those who provided the beautiful music during the Funeral Mass, and to Quinn’s Funeral Home for their assistance with the funeral arrangements.

We also wish to acknowledge and thank all those who helped in any way during the wake and Funeral. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our sincere appreciation.

The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.

Ambrose’s Months Mind Mass will be offered on Tuesday 17th March at 10am in the Church of Our Lady Star of the Sea, Boher.
