 ANN COLLINS
(née Fitzgerald)

Earls Court, Waterford City, Waterford

Ann Collins
Acknowledgment and First Anniversary

Earls Court, Waterford.
Died 8th February 2021.

We, the Collins family, would like to thank most sincerely, all who sympathised with us on the sad passing of Ann. Due to Covid health restrictions at the time, we were unable to meet all our family, friends and neighbours but we were incredibly moved by the huge volume of letters, cards, calls, messages, and online condolences. They brought great comfort to us and were a testament to how loved Ann was.

Heartfelt and sincere thanks especially to all of the nurses and staff at Mooncoin RCC and all who looked after Ann during her illness and were so kind and supportive to both Ann and our family. We also acknowledge with gratitude our extended family, neighbours, Ann’s friends, and former work colleagues, and our family friends who selflessly gave so much care, time and support during Anns illness.

We would also like to thank Fr. Liam Power, Vanessa Whelan, and Pat Hennessy and his staff for their kindness and professionalism during such a difficult time.

As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, we hope this acknowledgement will be accepted as an expression of our sincere gratitude.

Ann’s First Anniversary mass will be held on Sunday 13th February at 11am in St. Mary’s Church, Ballygunner.

Those we love don’t go away,
They walk beside us every day,
Unseen, unheard, but always near,
Still loved, still missed and very dear.

Missed and cherished always by her husband Pat, children Sarah, Hayley and Thomas, their partners, Bryan, Shane and Molly, and her grandchildren Rían, Sadie and Charlie.
