Betty, Larry, Breda and Máire, along with daughter in law Betty and sons in law Vincent and Pat and her large extended family, would like to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with us on our recent loss. Our heartfelt thanks to all who called, visited, sent condolences and attended the wake and funeral Mass. We will always remember the kind words and stories shared with us over those sad days.
A heartfelt thanks to Doctors Lynch and Phelan, Nurses Monica and Aedín & Imelda and Brigid of the homecare team for their care of Mam, expecially in her final days.
Thanks to Fr. Wallace, Fr. Doyle, Fr. Shore, and Fr. Tobin for all the cards, visits and prayers. We thank you for the solace you brought Mam through the years and especially in Anna Mae's final days.
Anna May had an amazingly wonderful team of carers, Chris, Mary, Annmarie, Teresa, Mary, Marise, Caitriona, and Phil, who supported her independent living over the last five years and went the extra mile in ways, too numerous to mention. A sincere thank you does not seem adequate for all the support they gave, both to Mam and to the family, especially in recent months. A big thank you to Kay also for her many trips to Anna Mae to ensure she always looked her best and for her final act of kindness. It was and always will be appreciated.
Thanks to Paddy Coady, undertaker, for his professionalism and attention to detail, to the Eucharistic Ministers, the Choir for their beautiful singing, to Ella and Grace Mulroney for their instrumentals and to those who carried Anna Mae's coffin.
This acknowledgement would not be complete without expressing our heartfelt gratitude to Anna Mae's many friends and neighbours who were always there for her in so many quiet ways.
Please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our sincere appreciation and thanks to all. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.
Anna Mae's Month's Mind Mass will be celebrated in St. Patrick's Church, Clogh, on Sunday, 5th February, 2023, at 11am.
