In loving memory of our dear mother Annie who passed away peacefully on the 6 th August 2024 in
St. Mary’s Nursing home, Castleblayney surrounded by her loving family.
Sadly missed by her loving family, relatives, neighbours and friends.
We her family would like to extend our heartfelt appreciation to all who helped out in any way
during the wake. All those who called to the family home, who travelled long distances, who brought
gifts, sent messages and cards of sympathy.
We especially thank Fr. Whelan and Fr. Stephen Duffy for attending Mam in St. Mary’s and
administering the sacraments during her final days. To Fr. Adrian Walsh who celebrated the funeral
mass of our beloved mother and who’s homily described the beautiful Mother and Friend that she
was to us all.
Thanks to Brid McCabe for the beautiful music and singing in the chapel.
Thanks to Conor Hughes funeral directors for their kindness, professional manner and for the
dignified and respectful way which they carried out their duties.
Our sincere gratitude to all who cared for Mam, Thanks to Dr. Michael Clarke who attended Mam in
St. Mary’s, and especially the Nurses, carers and all the staff in Lorgan House, St. Mary’s who gave
great comfort, care and companionship to Mam and great comfort to her family in her final days.

a token of our sincere and heartfelt gratitude. The kindness shown to us will always be remembered.
Mam was a devoted wife, Loving Mother, Mother-in-law, grandmother, great-grandmother and
great-great-grandmother. It gave us great comfort to hear everyones stories about her. She will
