As we lovingly remember Annie, on this, her first anniversary, we, her family, wish to express our sincere gratitude and appreciation to everyone who helped us to cope with the loss of our beloved Mam.
As a family, we were privileged to be able to look after Mam at home. We were enabled to do this through the guidance of Dr.Ed O’Sullivan and Dr. Michael O’Connor with the support of family members, HSE and Comfort Keepers carers, PHNs, private carers and the many people who gave of themselves so expertly and willingly in providing for Mam’s comfort and wellbeing. We are grateful also to Fr. Declan Mansfield and Fr.John Collins who regularly called to Mam.
We would like also to thank neighbours and friends who provided care and support at the time of her funeral, those who attended the funeral home and Requiem Mass, those who called in person and by phone, those who sent letters, those who left on-line condolences, floral wreaths, and all who helped in any way during this very difficult time.
A special word of thanks to Fr. Kamil for a lovely Mass and to Fr.Liam Ó hIcí for his presence and support, to the Ballinora funeral ministry team, to sacristan Philip O’Flaherty, the Ballinora church choir and Ballinora ICA, traffic stewards and all those who helped to make the Mass very meaningful for all. To O’Shea’s and O’Crualaoi’s for refreshments after the funeral. To Crowley Funeral Homes for their sensitive and professional handling of arrangements.
As it is impossible to thank everybody, please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our deepest gratitude.
We also remember our Dad, Timmie whose 26th Anniversary occurs at this time. We pray that both Mam and Dad are now reunited and thank God for the wonderful legacy they have left us.
Annie’s first anniversary mass will be in Ballinora Church on Saturday, February 8th at 7.30 p.m.
