Who passed away peacefully on Thursday, 25th August 2022.

The family of Benedict would like to thank all who sympathised with us on our recent sad loss. Thanks to all who attended the removal, funeral mass, burial, sent Mass cards & left messages of condolence on RIP. Your kind and sincere words gave us great comfort at this difficult time.

Sincere thanks to the doctors, nurses & carers who cared for Benedict with great kindness & dignity during his illness.

A special word of thanks to Monsignor Cathal Geraghty for a beautiful ceremony. Thanks to the choir for the beautiful music which added to the ceremony.

Sincere thanks to the gravediggers for preparing Benedict’s final resting place.

Thank you to Kilboys Funeral Directors for their caring & sensitive handling of the removal & the funeral.

As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of a Mass will be offered for your intentions.

Months mind mass for Benedict will take place on Friday, October 7th at 8pm, in St. Brendan’s Cathedral, Loughrea.
