The Carr and Fortune Family would like to express our sincere thanks and appreciation to our families, neighbours, friends, those who sympathised with us in any way in our recent sad loss, your presence at the house, wake, Funeral Mass and Burial, those who left condolences on RIP, sent Mass Cards or wrote kind messages and floral tributes. Thank you to all the staff at UHW Waterford and to Joanne Cooney and Team for the professional guidance and empathy shown. Thank you to Fr.. Gerard O’Leary who called to our home and celebrated a beautiful Funeral Mass for Bernie and Fr.. Richard Redmond for his presence and the Church Sacristan. Thank you to Horeswood Parish Choir, Mary and Ciaran Power for providing the beautiful music and singing also to the stewards who did a fantastic job with car parking, The Brandon House for providing beautiful meal also the caterers at our home and everyone who brought food to our family during this time and our great friends who were always there to help and support us.

As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this message as an expression of our sincere appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.

Bernie’s Months Mind Mass will be celebrated in St James' Church, Horeswood on Saturday evening, 25th January 2025 at 6.30 p.m.
