The family of the late Bernard Anderson (Benny) wish to thank all those who sympathised with them on their recent bereavement, and we are grateful for the sincere kindness shown to us. We thank those who came to the funeral home, those who travelled for the mass and those who sent messages of condolence and mass cards.

Thanks to Rev Stefano Colleluori, CC and to Fr Adrien Farrelly OP for Benny's mass and to Very Rev Peter Murphy, PP VF.

We also thank the members of Ardee Traders and Business Association who lined the street for the cortege, and the members of the Vintners Federation of Ireland who stood guard of honour at the removal of Benny's remains from the church.

Special thanks to Benny's carers, to Dr Eleanor Ward GP, Dr Maura Shanahan GP, and to the Palliative Care team.

Sincere thanks to Jim Tenanty and Grainne Teefy from Tenanty Funeral Directors who officiated. Also thanks to Claire Malone, soloist, and David Leddy, musical accompaniment, Eucharistic ministers, mass servers and to the gravediggers in Ballapousta.

Benny's Month's Mind Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, 12th October at 6.30pm in the Church of the Nativity of Our Lady, Ardee, Co.Louth.
