The family of Brendan & Anna would like to thank everyone for your condolences and sympathy in our time of mourning, we were greatly comforted by all your messages of prayer and support.

Stephen for your spiritual guidance over the time of Mam & Dads illnesses, and then for encapsulating the fundamental essence of their lives and hearts combined in the most beautiful mass celebrated. A word of thanks for the angelic voice of Brid whose heavenly tones soothed us throughout the mass.
Thank you to Suzanne Campbell of Budz Florist for providing the beautiful flowers and to Darren Treanor for all his help in the background making sure all arrangements were in place, also to Sinead McGuigan, Declan Finnegan and Bernard from Lakelands Funeral Home & Crematorium for your professionalism and the dignified manner in which you took Mam and Dad on their final journey to St. Mary’s Church.
We would like to express our gratitude to Joshua who respectful care in preparing Mam & Dads eternal resting place & your attention to detail will forever be cherished by all the family.
To all those who participated in the Guards of Honour, The Faughs, Fianna Fail, Aughnamullen Ladies, the County Council, Castleblayney Boxing Club, local Undertakers, friends and neighbours who saw Mam and Dad off from our family home in Kinnegan. Your presence was uplifting and very much appreciated, exhibiting the most esteemed privilege for our parents.
Thank you to Eamon Byrne from Byrne’s Butchers for providing an exceptional meal in Blackhill afterwards, and Blackhill GAA for the use of their center.
We are hugely grateful to the most amazing extended family who rallied around us, led by Thomas, held vigil for Mam while Dad was preparing himself for his final journey, your acts of selflessness will never be forgotten.
