Brendan O'Connor

 Brendan O'Connor

Dun Laoghaire, Dublin

Brendan's family wish to thank most sincerely all those who left messages of condolence, shared their memories of him, sent cards, and telephoned after our sad loss. We were, and continue to be, deeply comforted by your kind and heartfelt words.

A very special mention for the doctors, nurses, carers and social workers in Wexford General Hospital, James Connolly Memorial Hospital, and Elm Green Nursing Home, for their unwavering dedication in caring for Brendan over the last nine months. The support we received from them in these unprecedented times was exceptional and greatly appreciated.

The funeral Mass was a beautiful and uplifting ceremony, made so by the wonderful music, the consoling words of Fr Enda Cunningham, St Andrew’s, Westland Row and the presence of Monsignor Dan O'Connor. We are deeply grateful to Nichols Funeral Directors for their thoughtful guidance, care and professionalism throughout the funeral arrangements.

Finally, we would like to sincerely thank all of Brendan's extended family and friends for their ongoing help and support.

“And then my heart with pleasure fills and dances with the daffodils”

Brendan will be remembered at 11.30 Mass from St Andrew’s Church, Westland Row on Sunday 28th March 2021.
