In loving memory of Brendan Swords whose first anniversary occurs on 25th July 2023.
Deeply loved, sadly missed and always remembered by his wife Annette and his daughter Emma. 

A page in the book of memory,
Silently turns today.
We remember you in silence,
And make no outward show.
And what it meant to lose you,
No one will ever know.

God called your name so softly,
That only you could hear;
And no one heard the footsteps,
Of angels drawing near.
The golden gates stood open,
God saw you needed rest;
His garden must be beautiful,
He only takes the best.

Just a prayer from the family who loved you,
Just a memory fond and true,
In our hearts you will live forever,
Because we thought the world of you.

Our hearts still ache with sadness,
and secret tears still flow.
What it meant to lose you...
No one can ever know.

An anniversary Mass will be held in St.Patrick's Church, Esker, Lucan on Sunday 23rd July at 12 o clock.
