The family of the late Brid Cassidy of the Dundalk Rd who died on the 30th of December 2024, would like to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with them on the sad and sudden loss of Brid.

To our extended family, neighbours who offered support, to all who sent messages of condolences, who attended Brid's wake, Funeral Mass and burial and to all who travelled long distances be with us, we will be forever grateful.

We offer our heartfelt thanks to all who cared for Brid in her late years, the ambulance crew and Drogheda hospital medics who attended to Brid in her last hours.

To Padraig and Catriona and their team at Lonergan Funeral Directors, for their sensitive and professional handling of arrangements and for the support and advice offered to us at a very difficult time, thank you. 

To Fr Owen Joe and Fr Gerry who generously give their time and give a beautiful eulogy in rememberance of Brid, this was comforting to us all. 

As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our deepest gratitude.

Brid's Months Mind Mass will be held on the 1st of February 2025 at 6pm in St Joseph's church, Carrickmacross.
