Who passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, 27th October 2022.
Caimin’s nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law and extended family wish to sincerely thank all who called to the house, telephoned, sent mass ards, sympathy cards, and sent messages of condolence online and on RIP, your kind and sincere words gave us great comfort at this difficult time.
Thank you to the friends and neighbours, who came and gave the family support during the difficult days following Caimin’s passing. To the people who dropped food and refreshments, thank you.
Thank you to relatives and friends who travelled long distances to attend and be with us.
We would like to express our deep gratitude to Paul and all the carers who helped on a daily basis to look after Caimin at home. We are so thankful for the compassion and constant kindness you showed to him at all times. A special heartfelt thanks to the Palliative Care team from Galway Hospice for making Caimin so comfortable in his final days.
Special thanks to Dr Flaherty and his colleagues in Main Street Clinic Loughrea, Jack and his colleagues in Brogans Pharmacy Loughrea, Barbara, Claire and Leanne in Killimor Health Centre for their support and understanding with Caimin’s care over the past number of years.
Our sincere thanks to Fr Niall Foley, assisted by Fr Christy McCormack and Fr Sean Egan, for celebrating Caimin’s life in a most beautiful requiem Mass. Thanks to Chris and Shane who provided beautiful music and sung some of Caimins favourite hymns.
To his wonderful neighbours and friends who lovingly prepared Caimin’s final resting place so sensitively and perfect, our heartfelt gratitude always.
Thanks to Duffy’s Restaurant Killimor for the lovely meal provided after the funeral.
Our sincere appreciation and gratitude to Sean Cleary and all the staff in Kilboy's Funeral Directors for their professionalism, support and guidance throughout this difficult and sad time.

Caimin, you left us with beautiful memories,

Although we cannot see you, you are always by our side,
And a special place within our hearts will always be kept for you.
Caimin’s Months Mind Mass will take place in St. Brendan’s Church, Mullagh on Friday, 25th November ‘22 at 7 pm
