Carol O’Toole

 Carol O’Toole
(née Tansey)

Gorey, Wexford

Carol’s husband Joe, children Robert, Declan, Leanne, Alicia & Justin & all her family would like to express their sincere thanks to everyone who offered sympathy & support throughout Carol’s illness, at the time of her funeral & during the time since.

Thank you to everyone who called to our home to pay their respects, those who attended Carol’s removal, funeral Mass & cremation service, those who phoned, sent Mass cards, letters, texts & online condolences, to all those who travelled long distances & to those who couldn’t be present but joined in the celebration of Carol’s life via live-stream. Thanks also to all those who donated generously to the Irish Cancer Society in Carol’s memory; www.cancer.ie

Heartfelt thanks to the doctors, nurses & caring staff of the I.C.U. at University Hospital Waterford for their wonderful care.

Special thanks to Fr. Pádraig Ó’Cochláin & Fr. David Brough for their comforting prayers, to Fr. Roger O’Neill for celebrating Carol’s beautiful funeral Mass, to Fr. Joe Kennedy for her wonderful committal service & to Karen Conroy & Mandy O’Callaghan for such lovely music. Our most sincere thanks to Mary Rynhart for her beautiful floral arrangement.

Thank you to colleagues, neighbours & friends for the tremendous kindness & compassion shown to us throughout this most difficult time.

Thanks also to the team at Mount Jerome Crematorium, to Michael Gleeson & his staff at The Loch Garman Arms for their hospitality & to all at John Sweeney & Sons Funeral Directors.

As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, we trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere appreciation.

Carol’s Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated on Sunday 14th April at 12 noon in St. Michael’s Church. Those who cannot attend are welcome to join via webcam;
