Catherine’s (Kitty) family, Roy, Regina and Cyril would like to express their gratitude to their extended family, friends and neighbours and to all those who supported us in so many different ways on our sad loss. We offer our heartfelt thanks to all who sent Mass cards, letters, beautiful messages of condolence on RIP.ie and for the many telephone calls we received. Your words brought us so much comfort when we were unable to meet in person due to Covid restrictions. We are deeply grateful to our neighbours and friends who stood outside our home, on the road and in the churchyard to pay their respects.
Special thanks to the wonderful Palliative Care Team at Marymount, the District Nurses who cared for Catherine with such gentleness, kindness, dignity and consideration. We would also like to thank family and friends who made donations to Marymount in Catherine’s name.
We wish to express our thanks to Fr Criostóir for his kind words and comfort. To Fr Brophy for his celebration of Catherine’s funeral mass.
To all those who helped in so many ways to make our loss more bearable, please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our deepest gratitude. Your kindness and thoughtfulness meant so much to the family.
In gratitude a Mass of Thanksgiving will be offered for your intentions
Catherine’s First Anniversary Mass will be held in The Church of the Real Presence, Bishopstown on Tuesday 22nd March at 10.00am.
