Acknowledgement and First Anniversary (14th October 2024)
In loving memory of our Beautiful Daughter and Sister Catherine on the First Anniversary of her passing. We as a family wish to express our deepest gratitude to all of those who sympathised with us and sent cards and condolences during this very sad and difficult time. We want to you to know that your sympathy brought us great comfort.
We wish to extend our deepest gratitude and appreciation to the doctors and nurses in the CUH, in particular Dr. Eva Long and the Dialysis Unit and also to her GP Dr. Brendan Regan for the wonderful care they gave to Catherine throughout the years.
We would also like to thank Joe Coughlan and his team at Coughlan's Funeral Home, who treated Catherine with care and dignity. We will be eternally grateful for the guidance and support they provided throughout all of the funeral arrangements and we would also like to offer a special word of thanks to Fr. John Walsh in Togher Church for the beautiful Mass.
I’d like the memory of me to be a happy one
I’d like to leave an afterglow of smiles when life is done
I’d like to leave an echo whispering softly down the ways
Of happy times and laughing times and bright and sunny days
I’d like the tears of those who grieve, to dry before the sun
Of happy memories that I leave when life is done.
Sadly missed by your heartbroken Mam and Dad (Norma and Timo), Your Sisters Yvonne, Lorraine and Jennifer, Your Brother Timothy, Your Nephews and Nieces Daragh, Alex, Grace and Jake, Your Brothers in Law Will and Sean and all of your Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Relatives and Friends.
