As we lovingly remember Charlie on his First Anniversary, his wife Cathy, his sons Martin, Vincent and Donal, daughters Tracy Anne and Marion, his sister Phil and extended family wish to express our heartfelt thanks to all our very dear friends and neighbours who supported us in our sad loss, and to all those who attended the Wake and Funeral.

Thanks to all those who brought food etc. to our home. A special thanks to our GP Dr Andy Lyne who went above and beyond for Charlie and looked after him with such kindness and respect. We want to thank his consultant Dr Denis Curtin CUH who took such good care of him, also our district nurse Freda. Sincere thanks also to David, Pat and Alan for directing traffic.

To all those who visited us, sent us lovely cards, letters, flowers and Mass cards. A special word of thanks to Fr. Eamonn McCarthy for visiting Charlie so many times, also to Fr. Jerry O'Riordan, Fr. Pat Foley and Fr. Michael Corkery for officiating at his Funeral Mass. Thanks to Sophie for the lovely music. Finally sincere thanks to Cyril Casey and John Manning for being so kind and respectful to us. 

The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass has been offered for your intentions.

Charlie's first Anniversary mass will be celebrated on Sunday 2nd of November at 11:30 am at St Lachteen's church Stuake, Donoughmore.
