As we remember Chris on his first anniversary Joanie, Ann, Paddy, John, Christy and Diarmuid and their families would like to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with us on the passing of Chris.  We offer our thanks to our extended family, neighbours and friends who visited Ballinadee, attended the wake and all who lined the village as we brought Chris to the church and gathered in the church grounds and carpark for the burial, sent cards and messages of condolences as well as those who made donations to ARC House.

Our heartfelt gratitude to Fr. Finbarr Crowley for his kindness to Chris and his beautiful celebration of Chris’s funeral mass with Fr. Ml O’Mahony and Mons O’Callaghan.   We would like to thank Gerard McCarthy for his beautiful singing and to Con and the Ballinadee Ladies who look after the church so well.

A special thank you to Chris’s home carers Helen, Rose, Claire and Aileen who were as kind and caring to Chris and us as a family.   To Dr Maura O’Callaghan, Dr Fiona O’Mahony and all at Innishannon Medical Centre and to Dr. Catherine O’Sullivan (Mercy University Hospital) for all the great care and attention they gave to Chris.  To all the ladies at Kinsale Community Hospital (Monday’s Day Centre) and Bandon Day Care Deerpark thank you for looking after Chris so well
