Yvonne, David & Ellie and the extended family of the late Chris McGuire of Grange, Cork wishes to acknowledge the many expressions of sympathy and gestures of kindness shown to us following our sad loss.

We offer our heartfelt thanks to the many friends, neighbours and well-wishers who visited our home, attended the funeral and who provided emotional and practical support for the 3 of us at this difficult time, especially Donna without whom we would have been lost.  For those who telephoned, travelled long distances, sent floral tributes, cards and messages of condolence, as well as those who made charitable donations, we are truly grateful.

To Jim Barry and The Barry Group, John & Fiona Neville and all the staff of Neville Jewellers and Stephen Comerford of Credendo, ye will never understand how much ye helped us through the hardest time of our lives.

A special word of thanks to Dr Derek Power, Dr Christine Curtin and the Marymount team for their kindness and the respect shown to Chris and us at all times. To Casement Football Club for their guard of honour; to all those who participated in the mass and the readers and the musicians; and finally to O’Sullivan Bros Funeral Directors, for their sensitive and professional handling of the arrangements.
