Chrissie Behan

 Chrissie Behan
(née O'Donoghue)

Cork City, Cork

The family of the late Chrissie Behan (nee O'Donoghue) of Gurranabraher Cork who was called to rest on 11th of August 2024 would like to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with them on their great loss.

We offer our heartfelt thanks to the many relatives, friends, neighbours and well-wishers who visited our home, attended the wake, visitation, funeral and burial and who supported us at this very difficult time. For those who telephoned, sent floral tributes, mass cards and messages of condolences we are truly grateful.

A special word of thanks to the doctors, nurses and staff of Mercy University Hospital and the wonderful paramedics on duty.
To the management and staff at Heather House for their care and respect shown at all times.

To our family GP Dr. Eoin Monahan and staff at Medigroup and to the home help team for all their care, support and kindness shown to Mam during the years.

To Fr Aidan for his words of comfort and officiating a beautiful and personal funeral mass.

To O'Connor Bros Funeral Home North Gate Bridge for their assistance, guidance and understanding through a very difficult time.

To those who helped in any way, your contribution made our loss a little more bearable. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our deepest gratitude. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.

Those special memories of you will always bring a smile,
if only I could have you back for just a little while.
Then we could sit and talk again, just like we used to do,
you always meant so very much and always will do too.
The fact that you're no longer here, will always cause me pain,
but you're forever in my heart, until we meet again.
