Christina's husband Patrick and family wish to express our sincere gratitude to all who sympathised and supported us during our loss.
Thank you to all who called to the house, the funeral home, who sent mass cards, messages of condolences and attended Chrissie's funeral mass and burial, especially those who travelled long distances. Thanks also to those who couldn't be present in person and joined in the mass via the parish web cam.
Ou most sincere thanks to the wonderful carers from All in Care who took care and looked after Chrissie, along with the palliative care team from St. Francis Hospice Raheny, who ensured she was able to remain at home throughout her illness. Thank you all for the comfort and dignity brought to her in her final months.
We thank Dr. Ian Buckowski and all the doctors and staff of Avenue Family Practice, also Professor Alan Martin and his team of Beaumount Hospital and St. Joseph's Hospital Raheny for their professional care throughout Chrissie's illnesses. Also thank you to the team of Cairdeas Day Care Raheny who supported Chrissie in her disability.
We are very grateful to Fr. Paul for his support and house visits over the past years. Thanks to Fr. Joe for his kindness and guidance in preparing for the funeral service and celebrating such a meaningful mass. We extend a special thanks to Joan Sheedy who ensured Chrissie received the holy sacrament each week over the last few years. We are also grateful to Antoinette and Mark for the beautiful singing and music.
To our extended families, friends, neighbours and work colleagues - your ongoing support and kindness means more than words can express and will never be forgotten.
As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our deepest appreciation and gratitude.
