The family of the late Christine of  Bawnleigh Court who died on 6th of October 2024 would like to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with them on their great loss.

We offer our heartfelt thanks to the many friends, neighbours and well-wishers who visited our home, attended the wake, service and burial and who provided emotional and practical support for us at this difficult time. For those who telephoned, travelled long distances, sent floral tributes, cards and messages of condolences, we are truly grateful.

A special word of thanks to the Doctors, nurses and staff of the Mercy Hospital Cork and Marymount Hospice  for their kindness shown to Christine during her illness. We would also like to thank Keohane's Funeral Home Cork for their professionalism and support  shown to us during Chorister's funeral.

To those who helped in any way, your contribution made our loss more bearable. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our deepest gratitude. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.

You never said I am leaving

You never said goodbye,

You were gone before we knew it 

and only God knows why,

In life we loved you dearly, 

In death we love you still,

In our hearts we hold a place,

That only you can fill.

It broke our hearts to lose you,

but you didn't go alone,

A part of us went with you,

The day God took you home. 

Sadly miss by her loving husband Timmy, daughter Shirley, sons Mark and Shane, Grandchildren Shane, Timothy, Kalum and Megan.
