We are forever grateful to Cormac's Little Angels Special School Family, especially Micheal, Kevin, John, Ailbhe and the School Nurses Ciara and Megan who were with Cormac at school when he fell ill and tried so hard to help him, and stayed with him and us while he was in hospital.

To the Medical Team in the Emergency Department of Letterkenny University Hospital and in the Intensive Care Unit, especially Aisling, Gillian, Damien, Linu, Geraldine, Mr Franklin and Mr Ronayne who cared so well for Cormac in his final hours. Your exemplary care, dedication and compassion for Cormac was immense and will not be forgotten.

To Eimear and Dom from Organ Donation Transplant Ireland for your compassion and support in the process of donating Cormac's organs, and to the medical team who transported the organs to Dublin.

To all our kind neighbours, relatives and friends who provided home baking, sandwiches and meals during the wake and funeral.

To everyone who sent sympathy cards, Mass cards, messages and letters of sympathy and support.

To everyone who donated to the Little Angels Special School Fund in Cormac's memory.

To all those who travelled to be with us, those who attended the wake and funeral.

To Ailbhe and all the staff of Little Angels School for organising a beautiful funeral, providing memorial leaflets and beautiful photos of Cormac in his happy place, for the music and singing which made the funeral service meaningful and special for Cormac.

To Jackie and Michael Griffin for bringing Cormac home from school every evening.

To Alvin Doherty and everyone in the Childrens' Disability Network Team who worked so hard over the years with Cormac for their commitment to making his life better.
