David’s sons Conor & Evan & all his family would like to express our most sincere thanks for the kindness, sympathy & support we received throughout our recent sad loss.

Thank you to everyone who visited our home, attended Dad’s removal, funeral Mass & burial, sent Mass cards, letters, texts & online condolences, to those who couldn’t be present but joined us via webcam & to those who donated generously to Wicklow Hospice Foundation; www.wicklowhospice.ie in Dad’s memory.

Special thanks to the Doctors & nurses of Bradshaw’s Lane Surgery for their great care over the past few years & to the exceptional team at Wicklow Hospice for the comfort, dignity & care they brought to Dad’s final days.

Thank you to Fr. Michael Murphy for his prayers, guidance & beautiful funeral Mass, to Geraldine Delaney & Bridget Kenny for such lovely music.

Thanks also to Chris Caffrey for tending to the grave, to the management & staff of the Woodenbridge Hotel for their hospitality & to all at John Sweeney & Sons Funeral Directors.

As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, we trust that his acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered up for the intentions of all.

Dad’s Month’s Mind Mass together with his beloved wife Alicia’s 2nd anniversary will be celebrated on Sunday 29th October at 11.30am in St.’s Mary & Patrick’s Church, Avoca. Those who cannot attend are welcome to join via webcam
