Acknowledgement and First Anniversary 

 

David is lovingly remembered by his wife Kathleen, daughters Nicole and Lynsey and son David, daughter-in-law Pamela, Lynsey's partner Robert and grandchildren wish to acknowledgement with heartfelt thanks for the many expressions of sympathy and acts of kindness extended to us on our loss, thank you to those who came to our home, attended funeral services, sent flowers, mass cards and online condolences. A special thank you to David's family and my own family, we can not thank you enough for your ongoing love and support also our kind neighbours and friends. 

 

Thanks to the doctors, nurses, and staff of the CUH and Marymount Hospice for all their support and kindness. We would also like to thank Parklands Surgery and Irwins Chemist Shandon Street for their help over the years. thank you to Fr Cian for celebrating David funeral mass and to his brother Jason for his beautiful singing, to Joe Coughlan and staff for their professionalism and support.  The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for all your intentions.
