 David Williams

Athlumney, Navan, Meath

On the occasion of the first Anniversary of Dave’s passing on 11th July 2024, his wife Margaret, sons Paul, Keith and their families, would like to thank most sincerely all those who supported and sympathised with them on their great loss.

We very much appreciate all those who sent sympathy cards and letters, those who phoned, wrote or offered condolences on RIP.ie

We offer our heartfelt thanks to the many friends, neighbours, ex-colleagues, our extended families and well-wishers who came to the funeral home and attended Dave’s funeral service. A special word of thanks to our great neighbours in the Grove, who provided a guard of honour on the morning of the funeral.

Thank you to Rev. John Clarke for his continuing support, to Rev. Mike Buchanan for conducting the beautiful funeral service and to Doreen Kimberly for her musical accompaniment. A special thank you to Zander for his heartfelt performance – Grandpa Dave would have been very proud.

We will be forever grateful to the staff, doctors and nurses of Our Lady's Hospital, Navan for the support and exceptional care provided to Dave during his time there.

To Peadar Farrelly and his team, our sincere thanks for the most sensitive and professional handling of our beloved Dave's arrangements, it eased our load.

To those who helped in any way, your contribution made our loss more bearable. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our thanks.
