Barbara, Frank, John, Julianne, Bairbre, Emily and the Reen family would like to thank most sincerely all those who supported us on the sad loss of Denis. To those who attended the funeral, contacted us, sent Mass Cards, Sympathy Cards, floral tributes, online condolences and made donations in lieu of flowers, we are eternally grateful. We were greatly touched by the genuine expressions of kindness and respect to Denis, by his friends, colleagues, patients and the many organisations that played such an important part in Denis’ life.

A special thank you to the Clergy who officiated at Denis’ Requiem Mass, in particular to Monsignor Dan O’Riordan and Father Francis Nolan. Thank you to all at Gleasures Funeral home for their kindness and support, ensuring Denis had dignity and respect on his final journey. We are extremely grateful to the wonderful medical teams who cared for Denis in his final illness, Dr. Ken Holmes, Dr. Orla Crosbie, Dr. Patricia Sheahan and the amazing Palliative Care team.

Denis’ First Anniversary Mass will be celebrated on Sunday, February 19th, at 11.30 am in The Church of The Purification, Churchill.
