As we loving remember and deeply miss Denis on his first anniversary, his wife Mary, daughters Kay & Denise, sons Eugene, John and Trevor, sister Chrissie, along with our families, would like to express our deep appreciation and gratitude for all those who sympathised and supported us on the sad loss of Denis.
We gratefully acknowledge and wish to thank the staff of CUH, Dr Noel Brad and his team at the Millbrook Bandon and the staff at Horgan's Pharmacy for the care and kindness shown to Denis.
A special thanks to all those who lined the route on Denis' final journey. Your presence moved us more than words can express. A special thanks to the guards of honour, Bandon Gaa, Kilmurry Gaa. We appreciate everyone who telephoned, called to the house, sent letters, Mass cards and left touching messages of condolences online your thoughtfulness is appreciated.
We would like to convey our sincere gratitude to Fr. Finbarr Crowley thank your for your time and support, to Cannon John Kingston, Mons Canon O Callaghan, Fr Jerry Cremin for making Denis' funeral Mass so special. Our sincere appreciation to Orla Forgarty who sang so beautifully during the Mass. Thanks to Donal, Trish and Declan of the Copper grove for a lovely meal also.
Sincere thanks to Brendan O Reilly and undertakers for his help and professionalism throughout the funeral.
