 Don Murphy

Sli-an-Aifrinn, Athlone, Westmeath / Raheny, Dublin

The wife, daughters, grandson & extended family of the late Don Murphy wish to express sincere gratitude for the many expressions of sympathy, gestures of kindness & practical support shown to us following our sad loss.

We are grateful to all the family, friends, neighbours & Don’s former Ericsson colleagues, who visited our home, attended the funeral mass & committal service at the crematorium, along with all those who telephoned, sent Mass cards, condolence cards & generously donated to South Westmeath Hospice in Don’s memory.

Heartfelt thanks to all those who cared for Don during his illness, particularly the nurses & staff at South Westmeath Hospice & the Palliative Care Service team, for their kindness, help & support.

Sincere thanks to Fr Turlough Baxter; musicians:  Bernard and Patrice Coyle & all those who participated in making the funeral mass a lovely ceremony; & to Fr Fergal at Mount Jerome Crematorium for his thoughtful committal service.  We are also most grateful to Flynn’s Funeral Directors for their kind & professional service.

To one & all, please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our sincere appreciation.

Don’s Months Mind Mass will be celebrated on Sunday, 29 July 2018, at 10:30am in Our Lady’s Queen of Peace Church, Coosan.
