Ed’s family would like to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with us on our recent sad loss, we will never forget the exceptional support we received throughout the funeral and in the weeks since.

Our sincere thanks to all who visited the Funeral Home, attended Ed’s funeral Mass, burial and to those who sent Mass cards, floral tributes and online condolences. Equally, thank you to our many family and friends, who couldn’t be present, but kept us in their thoughts & prayers and joined in the celebration of Ed’s life via the parish webcam.

Our thanks to Fr. Pádraig Ó’Cochláin for his kindness and for celebrating such a beautiful funeral Mass, thank you to Michael Flood and Trish Kavanagh for their wonderful music. 

A special word of thanks to the Emergency Services for their attention to Ed, especially Garda Furlong for his kindness and support on that morning and in the weeks since.

A huge thank you to Helena and her team at Hudson Funeral Directors, for their guidance, support and kindness in dealing with the funeral arrangements.

Thank you to Joe O’Toole, who took such good care in preparing Ed’s final resting place. Thank you Peter Dempsey for the doves released at Ed’s graveside, a fitting tribute to his lifelong love for his feathered friends. 

As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of sincere gratitude.
