Second Anniversary

In loving memory of Eileen Crowley whose second anniversary occurs on 29th May 2025.
Deeply loved, sadly missed and always remembered by Daughter Ann and Son-in-law Joe.

Mam, there is a piece of my heart missing, it left with you, the day you stopped living. It’s somewhere among the stars, or wherever it is that you are. The days that turn into years, those markers of time, a painful reminder that you’re no longer near. I will spend forever, looking for the signs, the robins and the feathers, but they will never live up to your shine. I don’t always know, how I’ll make it through, yet somehow I do. Because I know that in some way, you’re still here, letting me know, that though gone from my side, from my heart, you’ll never go. You may not be here, for the years to come. But forevermore, you will be my Mam.
