Eileen’s daughters Caroline, Ann, Breda and sons Eddie & Frank and all extended family, wish to express their sincere appreciation to all those who supported and sympathised with us on the loss of a beloved mother, grandmother & sister. We thank all who travelled to the funeral home, lined the route to the church, attended the funeral Mass & burial, in difficult times. Our sincere gratitude to those who telephoned, sent Mass cards, flowers and online condolences.  Thank you to all kind neighbours and friends who helped in any way with food & refreshments.    

We appreciate the care given to Eileen from many people to include the Glenard Clinic, Oncology Unit Tullamore,  Dialysis Unit in Tullamore, Braun Dialysis Centre Portlaoise, and Peter & staff at McElwee Pharmacy, Mountmellick, who looked after Eileen for a number of years. 

A special word of thanks to Fr. Noel Dunphy and Fr  Michael Murphy for all their help in celebrating Eileen’s life in the funeral Mass. Antoinette for the beautiful music, Moloney Undertakers & Tom Fox for their professionalism and kindness & Sacristan Annette Dalton.  As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually we trust this acknowledgement  will be accepted as of token of our appreciation and gratitude.  

1st Anniversary Mass on Sunday July 24th, 2022 at 9am in Clonaghadoo Church.
