Passed away peacefully on 27th January 2023.

We, the family of the late Eilish O'Hara (nee Culleton) wish to acknowledge the many expressions of sympathy and gestures of kindness shown to us during our recent sad loss.

We offer our heartfelt thanks to our many relatives, friends, neighbours, and those who attended the funeral home, funeral Mass and burial. We truly appreciate all the phone calls, texts, Mass cards, sympathy cards, the lovely online condolences, floral tributes, those who travelled long distances to be with us and those who could not be present but joined us via the webcam. We also thank those whose made donations to Tallaght University Hospital Foundation.

We would like to extend our appreciation to our kind neighbours and friends who stood respectfully outside our family home as the funeral cortege passed through Patrick Street. Thanks also to those who prepared and dropped in food and refreshments.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Mr O'Riordan, Dr. Jordan, Dr. Rama and the nurses and staff of Tallaght University Hospital for the care, compassion and kindness shown to our mother. Also, a word of thanks to the staff at the Midlands Regional Hospital Portlaoise and the Ambulance service.

Thanks also to Fr. John Kelly, Gabrielle Murphy and all the healthcare chaplains of the Pastoral Care team at Tallaght University Hospital for their prayers and support which was truly appreciated by our family.

We would like to express our thanks to Fr. Joe Brophy P.P. for his support, attendance and prayers at the funeral home on the morning of our mother's removal, celebrating her funeral Mass and the rite of burial. Thanks also to Fr. PJ Fitzgerald C.C. for his prayers and good wishes. We would also like to thank Geraldine Moore and Pauric Tobin for their help and guidance before and during the funeral Mass. Also a word of thanks to Ita Fitzpatrick and Breda Conroy, Ministers of the Eucharist and to Sr. Majella and the choir for their beautiful hymns during the Mass. Thanks also to Martin Delaney for his fitting music at the graveside.

Special thanks to Jimmy Guilfoyle and Ray Goode, Guilfoyle Funeral Directors, for their utmost professionalism, guidance, dignity and respect shown throughout. Thanks also to the gravediggers for preparing our mother's final resting place.

Our thanks to Eddie and Maura Phelan and family for providing the refreshments following the burial.

Our family would like to acknowledge everyone who helped in any way, your help was appreciated and made our loss more bearable.

As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our deepest gratitude. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.
