We the family of the late Eimear would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to all who conveyed their sympathy/condolences and support, fond memories online and in person. Those who travelled long distances to be with us, sent mass and sympathy cards. A special word of thanks to Dr. Buckley GP, his staff at Killeagh Medical Centre and the Killeagh Pharmacy. Professor Seamus O'Reilly and his team in the Oncology department of CUH, Marymount Hospice and their home care team for the extraordinary care and compassion shown to Eimear. Thank you to Wallis Undertakers for their professionalism, Fr. Cogan who celebrated the requiem mass, the choir, the musicians for their appropriate selection of music on the day. Thank you to Eimear's colleagues at Midleton Garda Station for their traffic management, very much appreciated. While it is impossible to thank everyone individually, please know that it was and is very much appreciated.
Eimear was a loving wife, daughter, sister, aunt, daughter-in-law, sister-in-law and friend. Her passing has left a huge void, we will treasure the memories and hold them dear.
Little knew that morning God was going to call your name
in life we loved you dearly, in death we do the same
It broke our hearts to lose you, you did not go alone
For part of us went with you, that day God called you home.
Dearly missed and lovingly remembered by all
Eimear's first anniversary mass will be on Sunday 1st June at 11am in Killeagh Church.
Rest in peace
Forever in our hearts
