Matthews - Elizabeth ‘Lily’ (Clogherhead, Co. Louth) June 24th 2023.  Elizabeth’s family would like to thank all their extended family, friends and neighbours for their great love, kindness and support they received in Lily’s passing. 

We wish to thank all who attended the funeral home, and the funeral Mass celebrated so beautifully by Fr. Mc Veigh.  We wish to thank P. Townley & Sons Funeral Directors, Drogheda, for their immense kindness and support. 

We were touched by the many kind messages, calls, cards, and other expressions of sympathy we received. 

As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our deepest gratitude. 

Lily will always be remembered by her loving family, brothers John and Paddy, nieces, nephews and extended family and friends. 

Lily’s Months Mind Mass will be offered on Sunday 23rd July
at 11.30am Mass in St. Michael’s Church, Clogherhead.
