O’Connor, Betty (Elizabeth), Glebe House, Moneygold, Co. Sligo. 23rd September 2021. The family of the late Betty O’Connor wish to thank all who sympathised with us on our recent sad bereavement. Thank you to relatives, friends and neighbours for their kindness and support, and to all those who sent Mass cards, sympathy cards, letters, flowers and messages of sympathy. Thanks also to those who called to Betty’s home, attended or watched the funeral Mass, and all those who travelled long distances to be with us. We are indebted to the wonderful staff of the ICU at Sligo General Hospital and the paramedics who attended to Betty. We also wish to express our sincere gratitude to Dr. David O’Connor of the Mall Family Practice, Higgins Pharmacy for many years of support, and to Betty’s team of carers from Westcare Homecare. A very special word of thanks to Fr. Christy McHugh, all those who participated in Betty’s funeral ceremony, and the musicians who provided the beautiful music. Thanks also to John Burke, Undertaker, and to the friends who prepared Betty’s final resting place. Please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our gratitude and appreciation.
