Eric’s parents, Ger and Bridget, sisters Sorcha and Sinéad, together with the extended family, wish to thank all those who sympathised with them on their recent sad loss of their beloved and dearly missed Eric. Thank you to all those who sent mass cards, letters and messages of sympathy, text messages, emails, flowers, left messages of condolence on RIP.ie, attended the house, funeral Mass and burial and to all those who contributed to the Gofundme page, we are truly astounded as to the generosity of people when the call went out for help.

A special word of thanks to the doctors, nurses and staff of Vancouver General Hospital for the care and attention they gave Eric. To the Kevin Bell Repatriation Trust for the help and support they gave to the family in bringing Eric home and to Rory Healy, R. Healy & Son Funeral Directors for his compassion and understanding during an extremely difficult time. To Fr. Little and Fr. Dillon for their prayers and celebrating Eric’s funeral Mass and to his friends for the music and singing at the Mass and at the grave side.

As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, we trust this acknowledgement will be accepted by all with our sincere appreciation and gratitude.

As a token of our appreciation the holy sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.

Month’s Mind Mass

The month’s mind Mass for Eric will be celebrated on Sunday, November 21st at 11.30am in St. Mary’s Church, Bennekerry.
