The family of the late Eugene O’Mara, 20 Brookville Park, Drogheda, Co. Louth and formerly of Dromcollogher, Co. Limerick, who passed away peacefully on December 5th, 2025, would like to express our sincere thanks and appreciation to all those who sympathised with us in our recent bereavement. We greatly appreciate the phone calls, messages, Mass cards, and the many kind expressions of sympathy left on RIP.ie.

Our heartfelt thanks to the medical staff at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Northgate Surgery, and Town Centre Pharmacy for their wonderful care and kindness throughout Eugene's illness.

A special word of thanks to Canon Eugene Sweeney for his support during Eugene's time in hospital, and to Fr. Warren Collier for his warm and moving services, both at home and at the final resting place. We also wish to thank P. Townley & Sons Funeral Directors for their professionalism and for making a difficult journey that little bit easier.

Thank you to our neighbours and family, near and far, and to the many who travelled from his childhood home in Dromcollogher to pay their final respects; we were overwhelmed to see so many friends & family showing such appreciated support. The Holy sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.

Eugene will be deeply missed and will always be remembered with love.
