The family of the late Eveline Murray wish to express our sincere and heartfelt thanks to all those who sympathised and supported us in our recent sudden bereavement.

We offer our heartfelt thanks to the many friends, neighbours and well-wishers who visited our home, attended the wake, service and burial and who provided emotional and practical support for us during this difficult time.  For those who telephoned, travelled long distances, sent floral tributes, cards and messages of condolence, we are truly grateful.  We found great comfort in the kind words spoken and fond memories shared with us.

A special word of thanks to Canon Paddy McGinn who celebrated Eveline’s funeral Mass and captured her essence so perfectly.  Thanks also to Fr. Leo Creelman and Fr. John Chester for their support, to Brendan McCahey for the beautiful music, to McElvaney Funeral Directors for their guidance and professional handling of arrangements, and to the grave diggers who prepared Eveline’s final resting place. Thank you to Eveline’s former colleagues in St. Louis Infant and Girls National Schools who formed a guard of honour and who gave us so much support throughout this time.

To those who helped in any way, your contribution made our loss more bearable.  As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our deepest gratitude and heartfelt appreciation.  The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.
