We, the family of the late Frances Maguire of Hardman’s Gardens, Drogheda, Co. Louth, who passed away peacefully on 11th November 2022, wish to acknowledge the many expressions of sympathy and gestures of kindness shown to us following our sad loss.

We offer our heartfelt thanks to the many friends, neighbours and well-wishers who attended the wake, service and burial. To those who telephoned, travelled long distances, sent floral tributes, mass cards and messages of condolences, as well as those who made charitable donations, we are truly grateful.

A special word of thanks to the staff of Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital for their kindness and the respect shown to Frances throughout her illness.

To all those who participated in the Mass, especially [Fr. Desmond Branigan], the readers and musicians, thank you for your support. Our heartfelt thanks to Shauna Maguire for such a personal and fitting tribute to Frances and to P. Townley and Sons  Funeral Directors, for their sensitive and professional handling of the funeral arrangements.

To those who helped in any way, your contribution made our loss more bearable. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our deepest gratitude. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.

Frances month’s mind mass will be held at 7:00pm on Saturday, 10th December 2022 in Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Drogheda, Co. Louth.
